This program is intended to stimulate interest in volunteerism
among VADA members. As a reward for volunteering, members will
earn special VADA VIP gifts. Go to the web site at
www.virginiadressage.org for updated information reward level
prizes, and forms.
There are 3 reward levels:
Bronze:
12 hours, earns a Bronze level VIP gift
Silver:
24 hours, earns a Silver or Bronze level VIP gift
Gold:
50 hours, earns a Gold or Silver or Bronze level
VIP gift
Hours are cumulative within a given year, and will not carry
over from one year to another. To earn VADA VIP rewards, you
must volunteer at any of the VADA (not
chapter)
functions listed below, and send in your signed volunteer form
to the VIP program administrator listed below. All VIP rewards
will be given out at the VADA Annual Awards Banquet in 2010.
To
be eligible for VADA VIP awards, submit copies of all
VADA state
volunteer work forms along with the VIP award form (available on
the website in September 2009) to:

You
may send either send in your forms each time you volunteer, or
all at once, but all volunteer forms and VIP award form must
be received by:
December
1, 2010 in order to be eligible for
VIP awards.

• Region 1 Youth Team Championships – July
• Region 1 Adult Team
Championship – August
• BLM’s/VADA Fall
Competition – October
• GAIG’s in North Carolina
– November (must provide proof of
volunteer time)
• Securing advertising or
sponsorship for any of the above shows.
One hour of volunteer time
for every $100
advertising/sponsorship.

• Assisting in the set-up
for the Annual Awards Brunch (4 hours)
• Donating your services as
a clinician, judge, or TD for sale at the annual awards brunch
silent auction (8 hours)
• Donating a stallion
breeding for sale at the annual awards brunch silent auction (8
hours)
• Volunteering at other
statewide VADA clinics
• Other volunteer
activities as determined by the board
