Great American Insurance Group/USDF Reg 1 Championships and VADA Fall Show
Vendor Booth - $200 (per show)

10'x10" vendor space inside Anderson Coliseum and/or on the showgrounds.

Full-page color advertisement in the digital show program.

Vendor name/logo published on the VADA website.

Public announcements throughout the show.

One banner (provided by vendor) prominently displayed on the showgrounds.

Vendors participating in the Virginia Dressage Association licensed shows (DAL/GAIG) must agree to adhere to the following guidelines.
​
- Vendors are required to carry insurance, including liability insurance, theft insurance, and any other applicable coverage. A current Certificate of Insurance (COI) must be provided to the Vendor Coordinator, either emailed in advance or delivered on the vendor setup day.

​​Vendors are responsible for and should adhere to the State of Virginia and Rockbridge County sales tax payments.

The vendor fee is for approximately one inside 10’x10’ space. Vendors are required to provide their own tents/booths and equipment as needed; however, tables and chairs may be rented through the VHC Stabling Office by calling 540.464.2950 for information and reservations. Vendor space will be designated by the Vendor Coordinator. Signage will indicate your location on vendor set-up day.

An informational letter will be sent to all vendors by the Vendor Coordinator at least a week before the show, detailing show size, vendor space locations, vendor setup day and times, and any additional paperwork.

Advertising Specifications
​The preferred format for digital advertising is Adobe Acrobat PDF. Other acceptable formats for ads are EPS, JPEG or TIFF files with a resolution of 300 dpi.
