Seating is limited to 100 guests. We encourage you to make your reservation at your earliest convenience, as reservations will close once capacity is reached, regardless of the stated deadline.

Champion and Reserve winners (Schooling and Licensed) at each level may choose an award, all featuring the VADA logo and indicating the appropriate level.

To register your award preference, scroll down (click on box to the left) to complete the schooling or licensed selection  between 16–21 December 2025. Riders with multiple placements can select more than one award on form.  If you do not make a selection by deadline, you will automatically receive a Dover Saddlery gift card. 

 

Please Note: Awards will not be mailed. If you can't attend the luncheon, arrange for a friend to collect your ribbon and award.

  • Review the Award Gallery to determine your preferred award(s).

  • Select Award Level Designation by using the dropdown menu labeled "Award Level Designation" to indicate the award level.

  • Below the Award Level Designation box, type in your award preference.  If you select a vest or cooler, be sure to specify the vest color and size; cooler, indicate the size.​

  • Additional Awards: If you receive more than one award, proceed to "Selection 2" and repeat the steps.
