Vendor Registration 

The Virginia Dressage Association provides a variety of sponsorship opportunities to provide maximum visibility to connect with the equestrian audience through sponsorship bundles, advertising in the digital show program, and as a vendor at the show.

​

To sign up as a vendor, follow the steps below:

​

  • Select vending level sponsor donation (under the level picture.)

​

  • Tabulate total vendor fee. You will be responsible for entering PayPal amount. PayPal will forward a receipt of payment to your email. PayPal allows you to make payments using a variety of methods including PayPal balance, a bank account, PayPal Credit, debit or credit cards, and rewards balance.

​

  • Complete sponsor information. 

​​

  • Hit the "Submit" button.

​​

  • Confirm sponsorship registration by making payment. Go to the "Donate" button to make payment. 

​

Advertisement Specifications and Info

Vendor digital show program advertisement should be forwarded to Nancy Lowey at nlowey@rocketmail.com..

Preferred format for digital advertising is Adobe Acrobat PDF. Other acceptable formats for ads are EPS, JPEG or TIFF files with a resolution of 300 dpi.

​

Microsoft Publisher or Word are NOT supported.

Vending Packet will include:

​

  • 10'x10" vendor space inside Anderson Coliseum or on the showgrounds.

Benefits

Vending benefits include the following: vendor name listed in the digital show program; name listed on VADA Website with link to your website; numerous daily public announcements inside the coliseum and outside about your business throughout the show; one (1) banner (provided by vendor) displayed on the showgrounds; and a full-page color advertisement in the digital show program.

Vendors participating at the Virginia Dressage Association licensed shows (DAL/GAIG) shall agree to follow the guidelines provided below.

​

  • Vendors need to carry insurance, including liability insurance, theft insurance and any other applicable insurance. A current Certificate of Insurance (COI) shall be provided to the Vendor Coordinator- emailed in advance or delivered on vendor set up day. Additional insureds listed on the COI are Virginia Horse Center, 487 Maury River Rd, Lexington, VA 24450 and Virginia Dressage Association, 6426 South Street, Falls Church, VA 22042.

  • Vendors are responsible for and should adhere to the State of Virginia and Rockbridge County sales tax payments.

  • Vendor space payments should be made online prior to the show (at least one month ahead of each show to be included in the official show program)

  • The vendor fee listed above is for approximately one inside 10’x10’ space. Vendors shall provide their own tents/booths and equipment as needed but tables and chairs may be rented through the VHC Stabling Office- call 540.464.2950 for information and reservations. Vendor spaces will be designated by the Vendor Coordinator. The signage will indicate your location on vendor set up day. There is no size limit for outside vending spaces.

  • An informational letter will be sent to all vendors by the Vendor Coordinator at least a week before the show concerning show size, vendor space locations, vendor set up day and times and any additional paperwork.
